Live And Let Die is a deep teal cream with gold microfleck shimmer.
One coat! One! The formula is perfect. I can't rave about it enough. I almost didn't buy Live And Let Die because I have a number of shimmery dark greens and teals. I asked the Makeupalley Nail Board if I needed it. They said no. I'm rarely this happy that I'm stubborn. I do have similar-ish things...China Glaze Smoke & Ashes, Sinful Colors Nova, Revlon Rain Forrest...but this isn't enough like any of those to call them dupes. Another great thing about Live And Let Die, it never just looks black (on me, at least). The shimmer glows in any light and the base is clearly a deep teal.
Live And Let Die also mattifies in a way I really love. It completely changes the nature of this shade. It has just enough shimmer to not look flat.
On Her Majesty's Secret Service is a dense blend of fleck shimmer in a sheer blue-gray base.
I can never get over this finish! On Her Majesty's Secret Service is another on that border between fleck and foil, like its cousin in this collection, The World Is Not Enough. They're the same finish, and both take three coats for opacity, but they're night and day otherwise. On Her Majesty's Secret Service isn't quite as hard to describe. The duochrome flecks are more dominant in this, and shift from blue to purple. They're accented by green-gold. At some angles and in some lighting, when the purple takes over, it almost suggests silver.

I layered yesterday's pair, so I did the same with Live And Let Die and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I don't know that the combination is that different from what you'd get with On Her Majesty's Secret Service over black or any other dark color, but I like it!
It's much bluer when layered, and the purple shift is toned down, so the green shows more.
Both are terrific! Live And Let Die has one of the best formulas of anything I own and On Her Majesty's Secret Service...well...let's just say I don't mind having it *and* its "dupe".
More from Skyfall yet to come!
I just went through my collection and realized I haven't usedLive and Let Die yet. As soon as the Kids hit the sack, it's going on.
