My Christmas 2013 Manicure

I know I said previously that I wasn't going to do any holiday manicures, especially after the super-themed month of October. But as the day drew closer, I found myself oogling all the festive manicures...and feeling a bit green with envy.

Green is generally not my favorite color, so a red-and-green manicure was not for me. A while back, I did an orchid and fuchsia gradient, and I loved it. I decided to re-do it using a different fuchsia...and adding something christmassy. The substitution fuchsia definitely came out more subtle than the original, but I loved it just the same. I did my "trees" with a bit of tape and some holo glitter. It suggests Christmas, without screaming it...just what I was hoping for.

Colors Used
Rimmel London Wild Orchid
Wet 'n' Wild Through the Grapevine
Color Club Sugar Plum Fairy.
