The holidays were a busy time here at the western headquarters. I had a holiday job, there was still shopping to do, presents to wrap and assemble, and normal housewife crap to be done. My nails kinda fell by the wayside. I was so tired most of the time that I wasn't terribly creative: a single color, maybe a stamp or a bit of taping...and that was it. If I were less addicted, I probably would have gone bare for the duration. But that is definitely not me.
I used a random stamp I purchased in a set from Amazon, and I wasn't totally happy with the outcome. my nails are too long (most of the time) for the standard plates, and I have yet to buy any jumbo ones like Amanda has. But I really love this color combo, and I think that the fuchsia is fairly close to 2014's color of the year (or what people have decided to see it as).

I love the way strumpet looks on you! I was thisclose to pulling the trigger on it at Sephora, I'm just a little weary of spending $22 on a duo.
ReplyDeleteIt's actually not a bad deal. The lip tar by itself is $18, so the polish ends up being $4...which is totally worth it. The regular price is $10, and I think that is a good price. This polish was amazing.
