I think this might be the last of my birthday gifts. Maybe. Almost definitely. These thoughts make me a bit sad...I need another birthday. Well, no. I need more gifts!
Glacier Spray is a mint and white glitter that can be built up to near opacity in three coats. It gets a little thick at this point, because it is slightly textured and a little dense formula-wise. I layered on 2 top coats in order to get a nice smooth finish. I love minty colors, and this one definitely ticks the mint box. It has a really pretty pearl finish that reminds me of the play jewelry I had as a kid.
I decided to try a "glitter" gradient with it, and I think I like it better as a topper than as a whole manicure. I need a polish the color of this glitter, people. This stuff does a gradient nicely, with all of the glitters adhering to the nail and not the sponge. Cleanup was a bit of a "whathaveIdone", but glitter is like that. I wore it over Octopus Party Baptism, which is seriously my favorite white polish these days.
Oooo, that glitter gradient looks amazing!
ReplyDeletethanks :) I don't do glitter gradients often enough.
DeleteDo you have kb shimmer mint-al vacation? I think it would be a good match as undies!
ReplyDeleteI dont! But now I have to investigate it. Can you believe I have no KB Shimmer?
