Decisions

I am a terrible decider. So I am leaving it (mostly) up to you.

Honestly, I am just unsure as to where to go now that the basic planets are finished.  I do plan on doing the Sun and Moon at some point...but those aren't really planets. (Those will probably be done regardless of what you vote...sorry if you hated the whole series.)

And if I left out a completely brilliant idea, let me know in the comments...just remember I am not super skilled. No Sistine Chapels please.

  1. I was about to say the Milky Way then 'duh that's a galaxy nail'! What else is pretty in your eyes? Maybe a comet shooting across your nails with the trail dragging behind on the other nails? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comet_Holmes Or the other teeny objects that hang around with Pluto? http://www.mudgeeobservatory.com.au/planet-info.html scroll down to the bottom of the page for a diagram... I reckon if we count Pluto as a planet Eris should get in there too actually (and I will always think of Pluto as a planet). A supernova? A constellation? http://www.buildtheenterprise.org/when-we-visit-titan A lot of the other moons are sadly just depicted as brown, not much fun to do... I'm stumped too... good luck!

    1. I've definitely thought about Eris. I'm torn between doing it now, or waiting until 2015 when the New Horizons mission gets out to that area of the solar system...because we might get some pictures! I've also been thinking about supernovae, magnatars, white dwarves...so many things!

  2. What about a series of well known fictional planets?

    1. ooo yeah! Or just a bunch of sci-fi in general, that would be cool!

    2. I could definitely be down for some sci-fi. You dont think its been done to death though?

  3. Some of the moons of the gas planets could be cool too. Titan, Europa, etc.

    1. I was watching a "documentary" on Jupiter and Saturns moons the other night, and it definitely crossed my mind. There are so many natural satellites in our system that I could probably keep myself busy with those for a long time!
