Just when I thought I saw a pattern to Walgreens' 99¢ sales, they have another one! The last one was less than a month ago. I won't complain, as long as the Halloween display turns up before the sale ends on 9/20. This time around I didn't have issues with limited edition shades not ringing up at the sale price, but the SinfulShine shades I bought came up at full price. The cashier adjusted the price for me without me even asking, but that's on them and some might not. I still included SinfulShine swatches down at the bottom anyway.
At my local Walgreens stores, the summer shades are getting really scarce, but I've left those in for now. The selection of LE shades will always vary. I've removed all LE's from before summer, but you can still see them in their original posts:
