DeleteCool. I just thought it was interesting if it was regional. I noticed that Walgreens in the South vs Walgreens in the Northeast seem to be different but I can't put my finger on it.
DeleteIn my area(Boston) Rite aid, Walgreens and CVS all carry Rimmel year round, not seasonally(although the selection is pretty limited at RA and Wags.) Also, NYX! Walgreens and select CVS's carry it.

ReplyDeleteMy CVS actually doesn't carry any OPI, so that might be select locations too, or my CVS might be the only one that doesn't have it, and that would suck. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make this reference sheet!
